Lush Party Co. cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Hot cars, brick walls and heat are just a few examples of things that can pop your balloons. Once delivered, Lush Party Co. is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, poked or let go of. If we pop your balloons, they will be replaced at no charge.

Due to things that are beyond our control, we always like to have a backup plan. Please let us know if something changes (outdoor to indoors) so we can accommodate and make adjustments if needed :) We do not like our backdrops to get wet.

what is your outdoor policy?

All custom balloon installations will be subject to an installation and delivery fee. Pricing does not include tax, delivery/install which will vary by location. We will further discuss this during the planning process. Installations that are out of our territory will be at our discretion and may require a minimum order total to be met.

is there a delivery and installation fee?

We require a 50% retainer which is due upon booking to save your date. All deposits are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your order, you may use your retainer towards another event within the calendar year. We will do our best to accommodate the new date based on our availability. Unfortunately we can't guarantee availability beyond the original date. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We will try our best to accommodate your event! Last minute orders are accepted based on our availability and may be limited due to the colors we have on hand. Your balloon order total will be due up front and may be subject to a rush fee. 

my event is less than a week away, can you help?

Balloon garlands can last weeks or more inside when they are not exposed to the elements. They love cooler areas! If outdoors, due to the heat and sun, they tend to only last a few days. Plan for a shady area if possible and by using lighter colors if in the direct sunlight. (No Guarentees)
